Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to shop here, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across shop.dreamersmarkets.com.

Where we stand

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. We fix accessibility problems as we find them or as they are reported to us. Two we already know about:

• Photo descriptions. Product photos come from the makers, and we do not yet give them a place to describe one. Until we do, a screen reader reads the piece’s name where a description should be — enough to know which piece it is, not enough to know what it looks like.
• New pages. The shop is still being built, and a page we add can go live with a problem we have not caught yet. That is what the address below is for.

Outside our direct control

• Paying. The payment form at checkout is Stripe’s, embedded in our page. We cannot change how it is built.
• Applying to sell. Our maker application form is hosted on Wix, at dm.dreamersmarkets.com.

If you cannot complete a purchase, read part of this site, or use a feature, email hello@dreamersmarkets.com — the same address as everywhere else on this site — with the page address and what did not work. We will help you complete your order and look into the problem.
