Orders ship directly from each independent maker, so your pieces come straight from the studio that made them.

Processing time

Makers typically prepare and ship orders within a few business days. Made-to-order pieces may take longer — any extra lead time is noted on the product page.

Rates & free shipping

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on the destination (one rate within the maker’s state, another for the rest of the U.S.). Each maker sets their own free-shipping threshold, so most makers ship free once your order of their pieces reaches $75. If your cart includes items from more than one maker, free shipping applies per maker, on their portion of the order.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking. If an order includes items from more than one maker, they ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments

Carriers occasionally run late. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive, email hello@dreamersmarkets.com and we’ll make it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
